The Panthers may be one of the newest teams in the NFL, but that doesn't mean their fans are any less hard-core. While they once traveled all the way to Washington or Atlanta for tailgating festivities they can now hunker down close to home. Now that there's no rush of travel, The Commissioner recommends anything slow-cooked, like BBQ, including pulled pork and delicious hush puppies.

Those who hail from the Windy City have great faith in 'Da Bears,' not to mention big piles of bratwurst. Try the GrillMaster's Brats that take minutes on the grill. Another great recipe is the Boneless BBQ Pork Chop Sandwich. Wash it down with lots of beer!

Saints fans have had rough time recovering from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, but the team's back in action, and New Orleans fans are stepping up their tailgate game. The Commissioner himself recommends Joe's Jambalaya because "you can put just about anything in it. If it walks, crawls, swims or flies, it can be thrown into jambalaya." Another favorite is the Deer Roast, especially if you like to hunt. For the seafood lovers, Drago's Restaurant in New Orleans recommends Grilled Oysters with Butter.
