In honor of this culinary Christmas mascot, we're offering 25 days of Christmas cookie recipes. December 15th's cookie of the day? Peanut Butter Blossom cookies. Peanut butter cookies are always a crowd pleaser, and a decorative swirl of chocolate dresses them up for the holidays.
For a whole wheat version of this cookie recipe, use only 1 cup all-purpose flour and add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour.
