Though we like a simple broth as much as the next guy or gal, we love building upon that foundation to make more robust chunky, hearty chicken soup recipes. We've compiled some of our favorites -- including the standard chicken noodle (celebrity chef Curtis Stone's Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup, shown above, is to die for) -- but also incorporating some with Asian, Latin American, South American and Eastern European flavors.
