Try This: Make Kids' Bag Lunches Seem Appealing

AlamyWhen your children sit down for lunch in their school cafeterias, do they happily eat what they find inside their lunch box, or do they leave much of it woefully untouched? By making kids' lunches more appealing or fun, we hope to encourage them to eat the entirety of their bags and boxes -- gaining optimal nutrition and perhaps a few extra smiles.

When we asked some women on the street how they make their kids' lunches seem more special, their answers were varied -- cutting sandwiches into fun shapes; including a dip for all those veggies; arranging food groups into colorful compartments in a bento box and more.
