Summer backyard get-togethers wouldn't be complete without grilled corn on the cob. Everyone loves corn on the cob because it's fun to eat with your hands. There are a few different methods for grilling corn, but one of the easiest is grilling the cobs in foil.
Chef Jason Hill shows us how he grills corn by spreading it with butter and wrapping each in a sheet of foil. This method cooks the corn by steaming the kernels but still creates nice char lines. And the butter gets absorbed into the kernels without dripping through the grates. The best part is there's no clean-up required--at least not for the grill!
