There's something elegant about raspberries. Not too sweet and not too tart, they come in a range of beautiful, rich colors and work especially well in desserts and drinks. They're also a cinch to freeze, so you can savor some of these recipes long after the summer sun fades. Just wash, dry completely, freeze on a baking sheet for 2-3 hours, and then put in labeled freezer bags.
