2013 was a great year to enjoy food.

The food industry experimented, which left us with some delicious hybrid dishes. Still, health was a major factor in so many of the foods that became popular, a positive breakthrough, indeed.

This list spans vegetables, sweets, burgers and even food decor.  We can’t wait to see what food 2014 brings.
