Bread pudding is exactly what we're craving to warm our chilled bones and add a touch of sweetness to our lives. Women have been on to the merits of bread pudding since the 11th century when they used stale bread scraps to make the earliest versions of this gooey treat. Watch Chef Cheryl Dent in the KD101 test kitchen whip up a modern version with vanilla butter sauce, raisins and pecans that will get you through these cold winter months. Waste not, want not!
