‘Tis the season to be jolly. But the risk of getting too jolly is a big old New Year’s Eve hangover—not exactly the ideal way to kick of 2013. Your best bet to steer clear of the blinding headache, nausea, stomach upset, brain fog and fatigue is to just say no when that second glass of champagne comes your way. But if you can’t do that, at least minimize alcohol’s impact with these tips so the morning after is a little less brutal. Cheers!
