The Oscars are right around the corner, and if you are playing host, consider a menu based on the food at this year's Governors Ball, a celebration after the Oscars. The Governors Ball menu, created by Wolfgang Puck with Chef Matt Bencivenga, features appetizers like duck wontons, small plates such as chicken pot pie with black truffles and baked potato and caviar, sushi and desserts including huckleberry macarons.
