Wondering what chimichurri sauce is? Chimichurri is a spicy green marinade that originated in Argentina. It often consists of parsley and other herbs, minced garlic, olive oil and red or white wine. In many Latin and South American countries, chimichurri sauce is typically served with grilled meat, which makes it an ideal sauce to accompany your barbecue for Dad.

First combine extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, garlic and spices to make a marinade for the steak.
