They don’t make it back to Chicago too often, but when President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama get home for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, they head straight to Spiaggia on the city’s Magnificent Mile. The room’s sweeping Lake Michigan views add to the romance, and the President’s favorite wood-fired scallops no doubt warm things up too.

International hottie (oh yeah, and soccer superstar) David Beckham has long talked about opening a restaurant with his British pal and master chef Gordon Ramsay. While that plan still hasn’t come to fruition, Becks and his equally stunning wife show their support by hitting up Ramsay’s Los Angeles farmhouse-chic spot The Fat Cow. Victoria’s even tweeted pictures of herself wearing a Fat Cow t-shirt – no word on whether she take a cookie milk ice cream sundae home to Brooklyn, Romeo and Harper.

She swears she likes to spend her spare moments at home baking cupcakes, but Blake Lively has a spicy side. And when she wants to salsa, Blake shakes her maracas over to Los Angeles restaurant Casa Vega, where she and new husband Ryan Reynolds have been spotted singing along to the house mariachi band. Since he’s an investor at the perpetually packed New York gastropub, it’s not surprising that Jay-Z and Beyoncé head over to The Spotted Pig in Greenwich Village for the restaurant’s famous burgers topped with Roquefort cheese and a pile of shoestring fries. Never spotted them in the tiny dining room? That’s because they’re usually holding court (and sometimes playing Jenga) on the private third floor. Hey, being an investor has its perks.
