It's National Ravioli Day!

There's no need for an excuse to celebrate pasta, but since ravioli is particularly fun, why not make your own at home? With wonton wrappers, ricotta, kale and parmesan cheese, it's super easy to prepare homemade ravioli. The good news is that the kale can be replaced with spinach or even Swiss chard. The better news is that the kids won't even notice they're eating greens.
