While fish and chips are a traditionally British meal, Marcus Samuelsson, born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden, takes this Brit classic and gives it his own twist. 

Did you know that this popular take-away food became popular in the 1800's as a meal for the working class in Great Britain? Traditional fish and chips are served with a large, battered cod and chunky potato fries. Yes, that's right, the chips are in fact, French fries, making this meal all the better!
