I know how dinnertime goes in a busy home. You’ve just returned from picking up your son at soccer. In about an hour, your daughter needs to be at dance. Dinner is ready. You tell the kids to put their homework or their iPhone down and come sit down to eat. You serve them, then you throw something on a plate for yourself and you stand at your counter to eat it.
