Georgetown Cupcake turns to fruity flavors this month, with seasonal cupcakes such as Banana Split, Peaches & Cream and Neapolitan. "We are very focused on the relationship of seasonality and ingredients and really capturing the essence of the seasons in our baking," explains Katherine Kallinis Berman who founded Georgetown Cupcakes with sister Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne.
"We’re [also starting to] look forward to fall and winter, and butterscotch and sticky toffee pudding cupcakes are the next big things for Georgetown Cupcake’s menu," explains Berman. "We are always coming up with new flavors – it’s one of the most fun and creative parts of our job."
