With the start of back to school, I thought a nice, healthy and quick breakfast was in order!
I know I know! By the title of this recipe, you are probably thinking these are going to be flat, healthy, not-so-yummy donuts. Come on now! Would I do that to you? You know how I like a surprise, and a surprise is exactly what you will be having in your mouth with one bite of these donuts. They are incredible. You would never, and I repeat never think they are healthy. With no butter, no eggs and just a little oil, they are the perfect breakfast for everyone to grab on the go. Top with powdered sugar or icing and it becomes a weekend treat.
