To prepare for Rosh Hashanah, many find themselves scrambling to cook delicious meals for family and friends to enjoy over the holiday. Brisket is often a go-to for the main course of Rosh Hashanah. But what is the best  side dish to accompany this cut of meat? That's why we've put together this list of mouthwatering brisket recipes and fun, unique side dishes to serve alongside the main course.

Traditionally in Jewish cooking, brisket is often braised, but our list includes some not-so traditional brisket recipes to help you keep your holiday interesting and impress your guests. As for sides, we've included vegetable-filled dishes ranging from stuffed tomatoes to grilled asparagus.
