Say it ain't so!

The Harvard School of Public Health published a new study that suggested a link between women with diets heavy in refined grains and depression. Other foods linked to depression included meats, sodas and fatty foods. In the video above ABC News Chief Medical correspondent Dr. Richard Besser explains the link between inflammatory foods and depression.

However, not all hope is lost. Women who drank more wine and coffee and ate more green leafy vegetables experienced lower incidents of depression.
