Overindulging on Thanksgiving is unavoidable, but feeling bloated and puffy doesn't have to be. If Black Friday isn't enough to help you shake off that tryptophan (which isn't just in the turkey you ate), try eating these foods to get rid of the bloat and put a little hop back into your step. When you head to the grocery store, stock up on foods high in potassium, folate and water, which help the body regulate sodium and flush out your system. Translation: leafy green, orange and red colored vegetables and fruits. And don't forget to drink water. Lots and lots of water. The best part? You won't have to cook a thing.
