Apple & Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 Tbsp non-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apricot spreadable fruit jelly or apple jelly
1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
¼ cup coarsely chopped apple
2 lettuce leaves
2 slice Pepperidge Farm® Pumpernickel Bread or Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted


Directions

Stir the mayonnaise and spreadable fruit in a small bowl. Stir in the chicken and apple.

Arrange the lettuce on the bread slices. Divide the chicken mixture between the bread slices.
