Ingredients
1 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
½ tsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp cracked black pepper
2 oz 8 very thin slice wheat bread
thinly sliced smoked salmon
12 thin slice European cucumber
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Thinly spread on bread and top with salmon, avocado and cucumber.
