6 cup pre-washed baby spinach1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced1 nectarine, cut into 1-inch chunks3 Tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette (recipe follows)

Directions

Combine spinach, bell pepper and nectarine in a large bowl; toss with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
