    Ingredients

    Makes: cupcakes

      • 1 box (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix (or favorite flavor)
      • 1 cup buttermilk
      • 4 large eggs
      • 1/3 cup oil (please use the amount of oil indicated on the box for a different flavor cake mix)

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange 24 paper cupcake liners in the muffin pans and set aside.

    Beat the cake mix, buttermilk, eggs and oil in a medium bowl for about 30 seconds to moisten. Increase the electric mixer to medium high and beat until smooth about 2 minutes longer.

    Arrange a 1 quart freezer weight Ziploc bag in a 1 quart container, allowing the bag to over hang container. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the bag and seal the bag. Repeat with another bag and the remaining batter.

    Snip a small corner, about 1/2 inch from one of the bags with the batter and pipe the batter directly into the prepared paper cupcake liners. Add enough batter to come up 2/3rds full. Repeat with the remaining batter and liners. To get all of the batter from the bags, use a plastic bench scraper or the back of a rubber spatula to press all of the batter into the cut corner.

    Bake until cupcakes are lightly golden and firm to the touch 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool 5 minutes. Invert and cool completely.

    i made these and they turned out so moist and yummmmmmmmy!!!!!! so simple and easy! Loved the idea of using the baggie as a pipping bag to fill the liners! thanks for the life long tips!
