Fun and colorful, these fruit and marshmallow kabobs look like tiny beach balls on a stick.

Ingredients

Makes: (12-inch) kebobs

Directions

Using a small (tablespoon-size) ice cream scoop or melon-baller, make 12 watermelon balls, 12 cantaloupe balls, and 12 honeydew balls. To assemble the kabobs, thread a grape, a watermelon ball (rounded side up), a marshmallow, a strawberry (pointed side up), a honeydew ball, a marshmallow and a grape on each skewer. Repeat with remaining fruit and marshmallows for 11 remaining kabobs.

In a microwave-safe bowl cook chocolate and peanut butter until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve each kebob with an individual cup for dipping.
