April 20 2011 at 5:53 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyDon't care for mushroom SOUP in anything so I won't try it. Baked spaghetti is easier and healthier than this recipe!
March 30 2011 at 3:40 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI made this recipe and used no boil lasagna noodles. Delicious. It's almost all gone. Quick and easy.

March 25 2011 at 1:20 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI think that you can take ANY recipe and make it a healthier verision NO matter what your finances or home and career life are. It's just a matter of tweeking the ingrediants. The first item suggested the regulare OR 98% reduced fat cream of mushroom soup didn't it? 2 other posters gave healthy alternatives for the noodles right? IF you have time, I agree, everything should be made from scratch with healthy choices in mind. If you don't know how to cook, learn. If you don't know how to cook, that doesn't mean you can't make healthy choices. For the hamburger use 94% fat free or ground turkey or chicken. If you don't have time during the week to cook, make time on the weekend and get the whole family in there with you and cook for the week and put it in the fridge so all you have to do is heat it up or freeze it if you feel better about that. Just remember the defrosting time. Plan a weekly menu together during the week (make it part of your dinner time or bedtime talk), jot the ideas down. Make a grocery list on your lunch break. Do the shopping as soon as you can or get your life mate (just to be PC) to do it for you! If your single, adapt it like you would anything else for a single life. There is always a way. Too be hostile about something like this is a little over the top in my book. It's too bad that Jaimecanon793 couldn't harness that hostility and direct it at something more significant like....Oh, I don't know.....the fact that OUR COUNTRY is headed straight to the TOILET!!! Just sayin!
March 25 2011 at 1:17 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyCan anyone please tell me if this tastes good???? Wow! Bicker, bicker, bickers :-) I usually look at the comments on this to see if it is good. My whole family loves mushrooms, and this looks like it could be a big hit with us! We are all very healthy by the way and have been eating "canned, proccessed" foods for some time now.

March 25 2011 at 11:36 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyAndy... the middle is the cream of mushroom soup & burger mixture.
March 25 2011 at 2:11 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyA true lasagna bolognese would use bechamel, lasagna noodles, meat sauce and parmesan. While not authentically Italian, a busy Mom could put this recipe together fairly easily using no-boil noodles that have soaked in a little water for about five minutes.
