Beef and Vegetable Lettuce Wraps

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add half the oil and brown the beef for 3-4 minutes, stirring to break up any large chunks. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then transfer the beef to a plate.

Return the pan to the heat and add remaining oil.

Add the onion and cook for 1 minute, then add the garlic, celery and cabbage and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often or until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add the hoisin sauce then return the meat to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in the bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Remove the mixture from the heat.

Place 3 to 5 lettuce leaves (depending on size) on each of 4 serving plates.

Spoon the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves and garnish with the cilantro.

Serve immediately with the sweet chili sauce.
