Beef Taco Bake

Ground beef, spicy tomato sauce, tortillas and cheese are layered and baked for a hearty one-dish meal.

Ingredients

Directions

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often.  Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese in the skillet.  Spoon the beef mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Cover the baking dish.

Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.  Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

NO ONE READS THIS THAT KNOWS ABOUT THE RECEIPE OR CARES. NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT THE TORTILLAS OR WHAT TO DO WITH THEM. TEAR, CUT, ROLL, WALK ON THEM, TOSS TO DOG OR ANYTHING. DO WE LAYER, JUST TOSS IN PAN AND COOK. LOOKED GOOD BUT COMPLETE DETAILS OK

This recipe needs more directions. Cutting tortillas into strps or ? It is not a layered dish as described. Please clarify.

Shouldn't you do something with the tortillas, like say, cut them into strips or something?
