1 cup Campbell's® Beans V8® 100% Vegetable Juice1 Tbsp vegetable oil¼ tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic1 can (about 16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (about 16 ounces) small white beans, rinsed and drained1 can (about 8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained1 large green or red pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped


MIX vegetable juice, oil, garlic, black beans, white beans, corn, pepper and onion until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hr.
