Black and White Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 cup Campbell's® Beans V8® 100% Vegetable Juice
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
1 can (about 16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (about 16 ounces) small white beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (about 8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 large green or red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

MIX vegetable juice, oil, garlic, black beans, white beans, corn, pepper and onion until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hr.
