So many carbs and fat compared to protein. Aren't walnuts more about fat than protein?

Sugars 40 gm the hype for yogurt is just bad and harmful. Plus it tastes bad.

One tblespoon honey for 1/2 cup yorgurt is plenty for a lovely, light sweet taste -- better than vanilla yogurt. Nuts and/or dried fruits are of course perfect with it.
Yogurt on WW toast is very good too.
