    • Can't decide whether to have a salad or a sandwich?  Have both...these delectable sandwiches will satisfy either craving. 

    Ingredients

    Serves: sandwiches

      • 1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water , drained
      • 2 tablespoon Caesar salad dressing
      • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
      • 4 slice Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Hearty White Bread
      • lettuce leaves

    Directions

    Stir the chicken, dressing and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

    Divide the chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with the lettuce and remaining bread slices.

    When I was a kid, I loved to eat Underwood Chicken Spread. It was like tuna fish without the fish taste. Now combine this fond childhood memory with my favorite salad - Caesar, and I think we may very well have a winner, Can't wait to try it!
