Ingredients

2 medium red tomato, cut into wedges2 medium yellow tomato, cut into wedges¾ cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese¼ cup chopped fresh parsley2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil¼ tsp salt freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Gently toss tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, basil and salt together in a large bowl. Season with pepper.
