Light and delicious Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells are filled with scrambled eggs, créme fraiche, caviar and a sprinkle of chopped chives.

Bake, cool and remove the "top" of the shells according to the package directions.

Beat together the eggs and cream with a fork in a small bowl. Heat the butter over low heat. Add the eggs. Cook, stirring until the eggs are set. Divide the egg mixture, caviar, crème fraiche, if desired, and chives. Serve immediately.
