Directions
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and set aside. Whip the egg yolks until thick and pale yellow and fold into the melted chocolate. Whip the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the amaretto and spoon into glasses. Garnish with a dollop of whip cream and sprinkle with the crumbled cookies.
