Healing and Eating

This recipe would be perfect for Valentine's Day! Plus, it was really easy so you will have plenty of time to do other romantic gestures.

Ingredients

1 can coconut cream (I used Trader Joe's)1 vanilla bean's seeds¾ cup powdered sugar (aka confectioners' sugar)

Directions

  1. Whip together ingredients in hand blender.
  2. Then refrigerate for a few hours until solid.
