Ingredients

4 oz organic salad greens1 head Swiss chard, finely chopped4 Tbsp dried cranberries3 Tbsp whole raw almond1 tsp fresh lemon zest¼ tsp fresh lemon juice3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar¼ tsp sea salt¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, Swiss chard, cranberries, almonds and lemon zest; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, sea salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over the salad ingredients in the large bowl; gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve.
