Bring 1 in. lightly salted water to boil in a large nonstick skillet. Cut asparagus in thirds, add to skillet and boil 2

to 3 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain; set aside.

Coat skillet with nonstick spray. Add onion and cook over medium heat 6 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in tofu and asparagus; cover and simmer until hot. Sprinkle with basil.
