Heat the oven to 400°F.

Heat the soup and Worcestershire in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Add the beef and heat through, stirring occasionally.

Divide the beef evenly among the rolls. Top the beef with the cheese slices and place the sandwiches onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 3 minutes or until the sandwiches are toasted and the cheese is melted. Spoon the soup mixture onto the sandwiches. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon pepper rings.

I found this recipe in a magazine... advertising for the french onion soup. It took me almost two weeks b4 I could get around to making it.. I made them for the super bowl for a very small gathering we had. They were an absolute hit. I dont like banana peppers all that well, but i tried half my sandwich with... half without. They definitely MAKE the sandwich, but it is still good without, if you just cant bring yourself to eat them! AMAZING RECIPE! Very quick, very delicious!

for me, I use jarred spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce. I Saute bell pepper W/thinly sliced and 1 clove garlic crushed.
