Ingredients

Serves:

    • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves , crushed
    • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves , skinned (about 2 pounds)
    • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Fat Free Chicken Gravy
    • 4 cups hot mashed potatoes *

Directions

Mix flour, pepper and thyme on plate. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour gravy over chicken. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with potatoes.

Prepared without salt, margarine or butter.
