    Combine the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, olive oil and sherry vinegar and crush using a pestle and mortar. Blanch the beans in a saucepan of rapidly boiling water, drain and serve warm with a sprinkling of sea salt and a good drizzle of garlicky sherry-vinegar dressing.

    I live in Pa.--have tried Weis, Giant, Wegman's and specialty stores and cannot find Sherry Vinegar--where do you suggest?
