Heat grill or broiler.

Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl until blended.

Grill or broil peppers 4 to 6 inches from heat source 12 to 14 minutes, turning peppers over once, until crisp-tender and slightly charred.

Peel off charred and easily removable skin. Arrange peppers on serving platter. Drizzle evenly with vinaigrette.
