+ VOTE NOWEveryone should have a basic guacamole recipe in their repertoire -- for entertaining as well as for an accompaniment to weeknight meals -- and this one is easy and delicious.
Ingredients
Directions
Gently fold the avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño chile, garlic and cumin in a large bowl.
Season to taste with salt.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with corn chips.

I suppose this recipe is Ok, but it's not the classic Cuban guacamole.

Also was excellent on chicken quesadilla. The lime juice the recipe calls for instead of lemon might be what made this exceptionally delicious!
