I suppose this recipe is Ok, but it's not the classic Cuban guacamole.

Here's a shortcut, or two-fer if you will. First make the pico de gallo recipe (double it?) and add few tablespoons to your mashed avocados-instant quacamole! Same ingredients, half the work!

Served at a company party today with real tortilla chips, lightly salted. This was a huge hit!!! Also was excellent on chicken quesadilla. The lime juice the recipe calls for instead of lemon might be what made this exceptionally delicious!

I love the texture and the big chunks of tomato and avocado.

I love the texture of this guacamole, and it has just the right amount of heat in it.

I accidentally rated this 1 star (stupid ipad touchscreen), but I meant to give it 5. So good on chips or with quesadillas. I will be making this soon!
