Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Cut the pizza dough into four equal pieces. Form each dough piece into a 6X10 inch rectangle. Place the dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Distrubute the broccoli, cheddar, and ham over each rectangle. Fold the dough over to form the “pocket” and press the edges shut with the tinges of a fork.

Coat with a thin layer of cooking spray and bake 10 to 12 minutes until the dough puffs. Serve immediately.
