Cut ham into 1/2"cubes; set aside.

Combine potatoes, chicken broth, cabbage and onion in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients; increase heat to medium and cook an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
