There's nothing better than a good bowl of soup, like this quick-cooking and delicious chicken noodle soup, brimming with chicken, colorful vegetables and egg noodles.

Ingredients

Serves: servings

    • 2 can (10 1/2 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
    • 1 cup water
    • Generous dash ground black pepper
    • 1 medium carrot , sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    • 1 stalk celery , sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1/2 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles

Directions

Heat the broth, water, black pepper, carrot, celery and chicken in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Stir in the noodles.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the noodles are tender.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a tossed green salad, assorted Pepperidge Farm® crackers and cheese slices. Serve apple or pear slices for dessert.
