Drinking a warm, fragrant tea during the cooler months, day and evening has become a staple for me.

Ingredients

Serves:

    • For Cocoa Cinnamon Spice:
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 3 crushed cocoa beans or 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
    • 2 tablespoons loose red bush tea
    • Pinch of cayenne
    • For Coconut Mango:
    • 1 tablespoon chopped dried mango
    • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
    • 2 tablespoons loose black tea
    • For Ginger Cardamom:
    • 1 1-inch piece of ginger root, thinly sliced
    • 4 green cardamom pods, crushed
    • 2 tablespoons loose green tea

Directions

For each tea blend add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off and transfer to a tea pot to steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
