Directions
Sear cabbage and fennel on medium high heat with olive oil to get color on all sides.
Once cool shred cabbage and fennel into long strips and place in a large bowl. Mix in orange segments salt and pepper.
Continue to mix and add the remaining ingredients.
Score hot dogs horizontally and warm in skillet on low heat until they plump up a bit and get some color.
Toast buns and spread with mustard mayonnaise and top with slaw.
