Cut sausage into 1/2" slices; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook, stirring occasionally 4 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

Add broth, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 minute; add kielbasa and return to a boil. Cook for 6-7 minutes over medium heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream and parsley. Heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on toasted English muffins. Sprinkle with chives if desired.

Cook's Tip: Turn this recipe into a dinner entree by serving over hot buttered egg noodles in place of the English muffins.
