1. Place the rice and water in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil then remove from heat cover and let sit for about 6 hours.

2. Add the bouillon to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain if needed. Mix in the almonds and lemon zest. Let sit for a couple of minutes then fluff.
