2 Tbsp chopped celery
3 Tbsp low fat or fat free mayonnaise
¼ tsp onion powder
4 slice Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Oatmeal Bread
4 tomato slice
2 lettuce leaf
Stir the chicken, celery, mayonnaise and onion powder in a small bowl. Divide the chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with the tomato, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
Tip: If desired, refrigerate the chicken mixture for 1 hour before serving.
